Hi, my name is Jonathan Smock.

I’ve been programming since 7th grade in one language or another.  I ran away from it for about 4 years (I was a math major at PSU), but now I’m back and loving it.  I work with .NET at work, and I do freelance work in PHP or Rails.

The people I respect most always seem to focus on teaching, and that’s why I’m starting this blog.  Not that I’m a worthy teacher, but perhaps something I’ve encountered can help someone else.  And, Williamsport needs more non-teacher teachers.
